The refill for the incision and suturing pad on the BSS base is designed specifically for use with the Inovus BSS base. When applied to the base the tension on the suturing pad means incised wounds open as they would in normal tissue, this also means that wound edges must be opposed with good suturing technique. The refill is re0usable and able to tolerate multiple uses before replacement is needed.
