With this spare configuration, proper placement of prolapse slings can be readily demonstrated and presented.

• Sacrum in a stirrups orientation
• Vaginal introitus
• Vaginal canal with anterior vaginal wall incision
• Obturator internus muscles
• Sacrospinous ligaments (SSL).

Sacrospinous ligaments and obturator internus muscles offer an appropriate tactile response in suturing and are easily replaced after use.
