FORARMS™ is a unique resistance device that can be bent, twisted, and rotated in any direction, to provide isotonic, isometric, and iso-kinetic training.

There are more than 30 exercises to improve strength and endurance of the arms, chest, shoulders, back, and abdomen. FORARMS™ can be used independently as a strengthening device, or integrated into other activities such as aerobics.

It can be used for general strengthening of the upper body or it can be used in sports specific training. Best of all, FORARMS™ can be used by male or female, from pre-adolescent to adult, and from fitness starters to the most competitive athlete.

The FORARMS™ comes complete with a workout poster and interactive DVD. It is available in five different variations
